History:
AMBUCS started the ABC Rodeo 79 years ago for the sole reason to sponsor the then Boys Clubs of
Lubbock. Since the origin of the Rodeo, AMBUCS has raised over a $1.5 Million to the Boys & Girls
Clubs of Lubbock. The Beutler Family has served as the Stock Contractor – beginning with the father to
the grandson.

• Sign-ups are at 11:30 am at the Mallet
• The competition will begin at 1:30 pm.
• Entry fee is $25 per child.
• The first 175 kids to enter will have the opportunity to ride like the pros!!
• Contestants must be 4-7 years old and weigh no more than 55 pounds.
• The top 30 riders will be invited to return and compete during the first three performances of the ABC
Pro Rodeo. Finals will be during the Saturday night performance.
